I was born and raised in Southern Oregon, where I worked with my dad in the excavation and construction business that he owned and operated. I moved to Portland in 1997 for school. I fell in love with the city, and I've been here ever since. I originally joined Meadows Group in an administrative role. This experience ignited my passion for real estate and gave me some practical tools and knowledge to get started. So, I became a fully licensed agent with Meadows Group. I have also formed connections with local builders and developers to gain specialized knowledge on issues of land use, in-fill development, and sustainable building practices. The majority of my business consists of helping builders buy properties and sell their finished product, but I also love to work with families and individuals who are doing a conventional sale or purchase of a home.
I firmly believe that Portland is one of the most livable cities in the nation. I am passionate about things which will help this city to continue improving its livability. A few things which I believe are essential to this vision are smart in-fill development, sustainable building practices, and alternative transportation options such as mass transit and bicycles. So don't be surprised if you see me arrive at a meeting on my bicycle with a book on green building in my back pack. That's just how I roll.
